This is original sailor outfit with boots and no sleeves base blank that I made.

This is level 1 uniform of planetary senshi, not royalty senshi.

It is belong to Sailor Pluto's outfit.

MY PERSONAL COMMENT:

This is my original artwork from my paper without scanner, so I traced it only in full front body pose and took a mobile picture of it then send to my computer to clean the mess out into a blank computer paint. I did it, but it did not have full back body pose like the full front body pose. I did willing to add it and fixed it for full back body. I did make it for Shinwa-Tsuki and for anyone who want to create (design) it and color it.
